Originally opened by Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Duffy and now in partnership with the award-winning creative team at Mr Lyan Studio, led by Ryan Chetiyawardana. Together reinventing what a cocktail bar can be—seasonal, boundary-pushing drinks, grounded in technique, built for fun. After is where culinary precision meets barroom revelry. 

The Spring 2025 menu features 12 new cocktails (plus four non-alcoholic options) that hit the same high standards as a Michelin-starred plate. Expect bold flavors, inventive ingredient combinations, and drinks that evolve with the seasons. Bar bites? They’re just as intentional.
